Subsidy Setu is a private consulting and execution service operated by Subsidy Setu Advisory, Hisar, Haryana. We are not a government department or agency, and we are not affiliated with any scheme authority, bank or government portal.

2. General information, not advice

The scheme pages, Knowledge Hub articles, Government Updates, FAQs and calculators on this website are general information for a wide audience. They are not legal, tax, financial or professional advice to you, and they do not create a professional relationship. Please do not act on them without advice that takes your own facts into account.

3. No guarantee

We do not guarantee that any application will be approved, that any subsidy will be sanctioned or disbursed, or that any scheme will stay open or unchanged. Those decisions rest with the government authority or lender concerned.

4. Results from our tools are estimates

The Eligibility Checker, Subsidy Calculator, DPR Builder and similar tools work from the information you enter and simplified rules. Their results are indicative. A scheme shown as a match may not be available to you once the full conditions are examined. A DPR produced by a tool is a draft: a chartered accountant must review it and, where required, certify it before it goes to any bank or authority.

5. Accuracy and dates

Scheme information is compiled from official notifications and guidelines and checked when it is published. Schemes are amended, extended and withdrawn without notice. Where a page shows a "last verified" date, that is the date we last checked it. Where we could not confirm something, we say so or mark it as to be verified by an expert. Always confirm the current position on the official portal before you rely on anything here.

6. Setu AI assistance

Setu AI is the name we use for the software that helps us prepare some content and drafts. Anything prepared with its help is labelled "Prepared with Setu AI assistance". Software can make mistakes.

Where a paid draft (for example a notice reply, an appeal, a refund application or a project report) is prepared with Setu AI assistance, a qualified professional in our team reviews it before it reaches you, and it then also carries the line "Reviewed by our expert team". We use Setu AI on your own information only if you have given a separate consent for it.

7. Professional services

Chartered-accountant, legal and filing services are delivered under a written engagement with the qualified professional concerned. The scope, fees and responsibilities are set out in that engagement, and where it differs from this page, the engagement prevails.

8. Third-party links and advertising

This website links to government portals and other sites that we do not control, and we are not responsible for their content or availability. Parts of the Knowledge Hub may carry advertisements; an advertisement is not an endorsement.

9. Limits on our liability

To the extent the law permits, our liability is limited as set out in the Terms of Use. Nothing here limits a liability that cannot be limited under Indian law.
