1. Platform Overview

Subsidy Setu is a process execution and consulting platform that assists Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in identifying eligible government subsidy schemes, preparing Detailed Project Reports (DPRs), filing applications, and managing post-sanction compliance.

2. Nature of Services

Subsidy Setu provides consultancy and execution support for MSME subsidy applications. We are not a government body and do not guarantee scheme approvals or subsidy disbursements. All scheme information is sourced from publicly available government notifications.

3. Client Responsibilities

• Providing accurate and complete business information
• Uploading authentic documents as requested
• Responding to document and information requests within the agreed timeline
• Ensuring all declarations and representations are truthful
• Completing payments as per the agreed schedule

4. Confidentiality

All client information, documents, and business data shared with Subsidy Setu are treated as confidential. We do not share, sell, or disclose client information to any third party without explicit written consent, except where required by law.

5. Intellectual Property

DPR templates, financial models, AI-generated content, scheme analysis frameworks, and platform design are intellectual property of Subsidy Setu. Clients receive a non-exclusive license to use their own DPR output for its intended purpose.

6. Limitation of Liability

Subsidy Setu shall not be liable for:

• Rejection of subsidy applications by government authorities
• Changes in government scheme policies or eligibility criteria
• Delays caused by government processing timelines
• Issues arising from inaccurate information provided by the client

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Chandigarh.
