Grievance and your data rights
Last updated: 8 October 2026
Use this page to ask what personal data we hold about you, to have it corrected or erased, to withdraw a consent you gave us, or to raise a complaint about how we have handled your data. You do not need an account.
1. Grievance Officer
Grievance Officer: being appointed. Until the appointment is published here, please use the form below. You can also call +91 94668 55953 (Mon to Sat) or write to info@subsidysetu.com with the subject "Grievance".
2. What happens next
- You get a reference number straight away. It contains no personal details. Please keep it.
- Before we share, change or delete anything, we check that the request really comes from you. We may ask you to confirm from the email address or mobile number you gave us.
- We never delete anything automatically. A member of our team looks at each request and writes down what was done.
- Some records, such as tax invoices and the records of work already done, we must keep under the law. If that applies to you, we will say so and explain which records and why.
- If you are not satisfied with our reply, you may approach the Data Protection Board of India once it is operational.
3. Withdrawing a consent
When you use our forms, we ask for your consent for each purpose separately, and marketing is always an optional extra. You can withdraw any consent at any time, using the form above, a "withdraw" link, where a message from us includes one, or "My consents" in the client portal when it is available to you. Withdrawing does not affect anything we did before you withdrew, and it does not delete records we must keep.
