Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Refund Schedule

| DPR Starter Fee | Refundable within 24 hours if work has not started |
| Full DPR Fee | 50% non-refundable after first draft is shared |
| Filing Fee | Non-refundable after application submission to scheme authority |
| Retainer Fee | 30-day notice required for cancellation; no mid-month refund |
| Success Fee | Payable only on actual disbursement (not on sanction alone) |
2. Refund Process
- Refund requests must be submitted via email to info@subsidysetu.com
- Requests are reviewed within 3 business days
- Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method
- Partial refunds are calculated pro-rata based on work completed
3. Payment Failure
- If a payment fails, a retry link is sent via WhatsApp within 5 minutes
- Partial payments unlock only the corresponding service stage
- Duplicate payments are automatically refunded with admin notification
4. Cancellation
- Clients may cancel ongoing services with written notice
- Work completed up to the cancellation date is billed as per the agreed schedule
- Documents prepared until cancellation are delivered to the client
- Retainer cancellation requires a 30-day advance notice period
