Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Refund Schedule

Success FeePayable only on actual disbursement (not on sanction alone)

2. Refund Process

  • Refund requests must be submitted via email to info@subsidysetu.com
  • Requests are reviewed within 3 business days
  • Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method
  • Partial refunds are calculated pro-rata based on work completed

3. Payment Failure

  • If a payment fails, a retry link is sent via WhatsApp within 5 minutes
  • Partial payments unlock only the corresponding service stage
  • Duplicate payments are automatically refunded with admin notification

4. Cancellation

  • Clients may cancel ongoing services with written notice
  • Work completed up to the cancellation date is billed as per the agreed schedule
  • Documents prepared until cancellation are delivered to the client
  • Retainer cancellation requires a 30-day advance notice period
