The general 2026 MSME policy is manufacturing-led, so service units in IT, ITeS, AI and data centres come under the Haryana IT & AI Policy 2026 instead: 20–30% of eligible capital expenditure plus 50–70% of eligible operating expenditure for five years, capped per 100 employees, applied for on the HEPC portal before operations begin. On the Central side, CGTMSE, MUDRA and PMEGP (service projects up to ₹20 lakh) are open to service enterprises.
Yes. Under the 2026 MSME policy, plots within municipal limits are Core areas and carry the lowest rates (15% capital investment subsidy for thrust-sector manufacturers and exporters), while an already-allotted IMT Manesar plot is Intermediate (20%) and a never-allotted estate plot is Sub-Prime (25%). Filing is online on the Invest Haryana (HEPC) portal, so most of the work — eligibility check, DPR, documentation, replies to queries — does not depend on where we sit. We travel for site visits and for meetings at the District MSME Centre at IDC Sector 16 when a claim needs them.
