- Subsidy on the cost of certification: 80% for micro, 60% for small and 50% for medium enterprises.
- An additional 10% for women-, SC- or ST-owned MSMEs and for units in the North East, Himalayan, LWE or island regions or aspirational districts.
- A further 5% for MSMEs that are part of SFURTI or MSE-CDP clusters.
- A one-time joining reward of ₹10,000 after taking the ZED Pledge.
- State incentives increasingly depend on it: Punjab’s 2026 policy needs at least ZED Bronze for any post-production incentive, and Haryana’s 2026 export freight subsidy is only for ZED-certified exporters.
