Haryana Circular Economy Promotion for MSEs 2026
Clause 4.5.2 of the Haryana Progressive MSME & Export Promotion Policy 2026 implements "Creating a Circular Economy for MSMEs", an intervention approved by the Ministry of MSME under Haryana's RAMP Strategic Investment Plan. It incentivises the re-use of industrial equipment and a systematic scrappage process, using technologies identified with the Administrative Staff College of India (ASCI), Hyderabad. Eligible new and existing MSEs implementing approved technologies receive one-time assistance per unit during the policy period: 25% up to ₹50 Lakh in Core and Intermediate Areas, and 40% up to ₹1 Crore in Sub-Prime and Prime/Focus Areas. The list of approved technologies is published on the website of the Directorate of MSME, Haryana. It cannot be combined with any similar scheme or other State Government policy for the same component.

How to Apply
- Register the enterprise on Udyam and keep the GSTIN active.
- File the claim online on the Invest Haryana (HEPC) portal under this scheme, with the supporting records for the expenditure claimed.
- The policy required operational guidelines within three months of notification (by 29 October 2026). Check the portal for the claim form and cut-off dates; the policy says applicants are not barred from claiming meanwhile.
