Haryana Market Development Assistance Scheme 2026
Clause 4.4.2 of the Haryana Progressive MSME & Export Promotion Policy 2026 reimburses new and existing manufacturing Micro and Small Enterprises 25% of the cost of participating in trade fairs — up to ₹5 Lakh for an international fair and ₹3 Lakh for a domestic fair. Airfare and boarding are reimbursed in addition, capped at ₹2.50 Lakh (for two persons) for an international fair and ₹1.50 Lakh for a domestic fair. The incentive can be availed once a year, either for an international or a domestic fair, and three times in total during the policy period. It cannot be combined with any similar scheme or other State Government policy for the same component.

How to Apply
- Register the enterprise on Udyam and keep the GSTIN active.
- File the claim online on the Invest Haryana (HEPC) portal under this scheme, with the supporting records for the expenditure claimed.
- The policy required operational guidelines within three months of notification (by 29 October 2026). Check the portal for the claim form and cut-off dates; the policy says applicants are not barred from claiming meanwhile.

Common Rejection Reasons
- Medium enterprise (scheme is for manufacturing MSEs)
- Claimed more than once in a year
- Claimed more than three times during the policy period
- Non-manufacturing enterprise
