Credit Linked Capital Subsidy Scheme
This scheme is closed to new applications (since 31 March 2020).
The Credit Linked Capital Subsidy component of CLCS-TUS ran only up to 31 March 2020, and the Ministry of MSME confirmed its discontinuation in March 2021 while pending claims were settled. The Special Credit Linked Capital Subsidy Scheme (SCLCSS) continues, but only for SC/ST-owned micro and small enterprises.
CLCSS provides 15% upfront capital subsidy on institutional credit for technology upgradation to micro and small enterprises in specified sub-sectors.
