Haryana Aerospace and Defence Production Policy 2022
Approved by the Haryana Cabinet on 6 May 2022 to make the State a hub for aerospace and defence manufacturing, targeting US$1 billion of investment and about 25,000 jobs in five years, with an Integrated Manufacturing Cluster around Hisar airport. As approved, it offers Net SGST reimbursement of 100% for 10 years in D-category blocks (up to 12.5% of FCI), 75% for 8 years in C blocks and 50% for 7 years in B blocks; a capital subsidy of 5% of FCI up to ₹10 crore for units within 10 km of B, C and D blocks and of airstrips other than Hisar, and up to ₹20 crore in the Integrated Manufacturing Cluster within 10 km of Hisar airport; ₹48,000 a year for each employee earning over ₹40,000 a month in B, C and D blocks; stamp duty reimbursement; and 100% electricity duty exemption for 10 years.
