HGUVY covered new micro manufacturing units in rural areas of B, C and D category blocks whose term loans were sanctioned between 1 January 2021 and 31 December 2025. It is closed to new units; rural MSMEs should now look at the Haryana Progressive MSME & Export Promotion Policy 2026.
HGUVY supports rural entrepreneurs in Haryana Gram Panchayat areas with capital subsidies for manufacturing and service units in village industrial estates.
