Haryana MSME Insurance Scheme 2026
Clause 4.1.4 of the Haryana Progressive MSME & Export Promotion Policy 2026 (the Haryana MSE Insurance Scheme) protects manufacturing Micro and Small Enterprises against loss of or damage to their plant and machinery by reimbursing 33% of the insurance premium, up to ₹5 Lakh per year, for three years during the operative period of the policy. It is open to new and existing units and cannot be combined with any similar scheme or other State Government policy for the same component.

How to Apply
- Register the enterprise on Udyam and keep the GSTIN active.
- File the claim online on the Invest Haryana (HEPC) portal under this scheme, with the supporting records for the expenditure claimed.
- The policy required operational guidelines within three months of notification (by 29 October 2026). Check the portal for the claim form and cut-off dates; the policy says applicants are not barred from claiming meanwhile.
