Haryana Sectoral Credit Guarantee Fund 2026
Clause 4.1.7 of the Haryana Progressive MSME & Export Promotion Policy 2026 provides that the State Government shall establish a dedicated Haryana Sectoral Credit Guarantee Fund — a state-level credit guarantee mechanism to support collateral-free lending to Micro and Small Enterprises on new, expansion or diversification projects in priority sectors such as Technical Textiles, Electric Vehicles, Renewables/Bio Energy, Food Processing, Hi-precision Engineering, Pharmaceuticals, and new exporters in Prime and Sub-Prime Areas. The guarantee fee will be aligned with the Government of India's CGTMSE scheme. The gazette announces the fund; it is not yet operational, so confirm its status with the Directorate of MSME, Haryana before relying on it.

- This support is applied for by the cluster SPV, park developer or implementing agency — not by an individual unit for its own premises.
