Haryana Freight Subsidy for Exporters 2026
Clause 4.2.4 of the Haryana Progressive MSME & Export Promotion Policy 2026 reimburses new MSE exporters holding ZED certification 1% of Free on Board (FOB) value, or actual freight excluding government fees and taxes, whichever is less, on transport of goods from the place of manufacture to the seaport or air cargo terminal, or by road up to the international border. The annual cap per unit is ₹10 Lakh in Core Areas, ₹15 Lakh in Intermediate and Sub-Prime Areas, and ₹30 Lakh in Prime/Focus Areas. A unit availing a Central Government freight incentive cannot claim this scheme for the same component, and vice versa.

How to Apply
- Register the enterprise on Udyam and keep the GSTIN active.
- File the claim online on the Invest Haryana (HEPC) portal under this scheme, with the supporting records for the expenditure claimed.
- The policy required operational guidelines within three months of notification (by 29 October 2026). Check the portal for the claim form and cut-off dates; the policy says applicants are not barred from claiming meanwhile.
