Mukhya Mantri Pratham Niryatak Protsahan Yojna 2026
Clause 4.2.6 of the Haryana Progressive MSME & Export Promotion Policy 2026 offers first-time manufacturing MSME exporters financial assistance of 33%, up to ₹20 Lakh per year for three years, to offset the cost of entering export markets. Eligible costs are IEC, RCMC and other export documentation; catalogues, compliance design and advisory; sample orders and testing; and buyer outreach, market intelligence tools and other export digital tools. The exporter becomes eligible on fulfilling its first export order during the policy period. A first-time exporter is an enterprise whose Import Export Code was issued on or after the date the policy was notified.

How to Apply
- Register the enterprise on Udyam and keep the GSTIN active.
- File the claim online on the Invest Haryana (HEPC) portal under this scheme, with the supporting records for the expenditure claimed.
- The policy required operational guidelines within three months of notification (by 29 October 2026). Check the portal for the claim form and cut-off dates; the policy says applicants are not barred from claiming meanwhile.
