PADMA Export Parks Scheme 2026
Clause 4.2.5 of the Haryana Progressive MSME & Export Promotion Policy 2026 builds on the PADMA Cluster Infrastructure Development Scheme (PCIDS), notified under the PADMA Policy on 4 March 2024, under which the State funds public and private Implementing Agencies to create block-level PADMA clusters. It adds an export booster of ₹10 Crore to PADMA parks in which at least 70% of units are exporters, to be used exclusively for common facilities for exporters — such as a Common Development Centre, R&D Centre, Testing & Certification Labs, Product Development Centre, Common Production/Processing Centre and Marketing Display/Selling Centre. Projects approved under PCIDS before the policy was notified are also considered. The grant goes to the park's Implementing Agency, not to individual units.

How to Apply
- This support is applied for by the cluster SPV, park developer or implementing agency — not by an individual unit for its own premises.
